Your host:
Rob R.: Rob’s been a published movie critic for 15 years (though he’s been reviewing films for about 10 years prior in his own personal Trapper Keeper organizer). He was a founder of the Rehoboth Beach Independent Film Festival and teaches film at Delaware Tech. He likes nachos.
Do you have a film idea? email Rob here.
The regular contributors:
Scott Knopf: Scott spent the last 365 days watching 477 movies. His blog, He Shot Cyrus, opened for business back in April ’08 and Film Threat brought him on to cover film festivals. His favorite movie is The Warriors and his dream interview would be with Diane Lane…or Tony Danza. Currently, Scott is trying to decide whether or not to sue the makers of Superbad for “putting all his business out there.”
Jason Plissken: Jason shares more in common to his ‘Dexter’ avatar than a lust for blood. His passion for horror and sci-fi is evidenced by his volumous personal collection of both the films and soundtracks (which he listens to for fun!).
Gurn Blanston: Unofficial Official KISS Sketch Artist and friend to all woodland creatures, Gurn is a masterful storyteller who regales children by spinning wonderful tales as they sit transfixed, often against their will.
Efferdent Johnson: Woodworker extraordinnaire and self-proclaimed reigning King of No Rap, Eff hopes that this little venture will boost his street cred with the ladies.
Shelley Stillo: Mild-mannered college prof by day, blood-thirsty gore gal by night, Shelly is the ‘final girl’ for all things ‘Natsukashi.’
Bo Ransdell: Screenwriter, blogger, all-around horror nerd, Bo hails from Nashville, TN, where he is currently fighting an attempted loitering charge. He enjoys all things horror and is generally friendly, despite frequent recitations of, “that time I met George Carlin in the Philadelphia Airport.”
Count Vardulon: Hailing from Vampiresburg, Canada, the Count spends his free time doing what most hate-filled monsters do – carefully releasing that anger in the form of a blog and horror-themed podcast!”

I started coming here because of Bo but I continue coming because it’s incredibly fun. The film choices are always just from the outer reaches of my memory. The genres are leaped over so it never gets boring. I love to imagine the film in my own memory before I read and listen just to see how mine compares. Always a good time. I even hate it when I have recently seen a film because it hinders my ability to properly play along. Excellent concept, perfect execution. I’m going to shut up now. I talk too much. LOL

Good site, admin.
I am a fan.
(it’s the internet, so you can’t sense the overwhelming conviction i use in stating that fact.)
Yes, your so cool Brewster I can’t stand it.
I just discovered your blog on WordPress…looks to be one I’ll visit often.
BTW? When I was a keeyid doin’ a sort of buncha friends weekly trek to the Saturday matinees of old B movies thing, one of the movies had me afraid for the back of my neck for years…FIEND WITHOUT A Face…Have you seen it through the eyes of a grade schooler?

Vaguely remember the name (of course, keep thinking about that wretched Mel Gibson film). Was that one on a Creature Feature program? The one that had the biggest impact on me at that age was Attack of the Mushroom People. I still remember them chanting “Mush-u-ly-ah” through the forest. Never wanted to see a toadstool ever again after that.
